For the last two signals, GND and +25.5V, the wiring requirements vary with cable length between the two UCM-2NB modules and power used by the node. Segments under 5 feet and with a 25W or less power draw (i.e. less then than two non-redundant supplies) can use shielded CAT-5E cable. Segments between 5 feet and 10 feet or nodes requiring greater then 25W of power (i.e. two or more non-redundant supplies) should use 16 AWG stranded wire in a shielded cable.
