Functional Description:
This operator

User-Defined Properties:
Object Name. A string label that identifies the operator

Constant Value. The amount to which the constant is initially set.

Front Panel Access. Defines whether the operator, engineer or no one may access the constant value via the front panel.

Minimum Value. The minimum to which the constant may be set.

Maximum Value. The maximum to which the constant may be set.

Increment Magnitude.

Number of Significant Digits to Display.

Deviation Time from Remote Signal (msec).

Disable Faceplate Adjustment. This property determines whether any change may be made from the faceplate.
