Custom Protocols

The ASCII/Binary custom protocol functionality provides the ability to utilize data packet formats defined by the user or a standard protocol (for example the NMEA protocol) not currently implemented in the library of operators provided. These data packets exist on the wire as either serial ASCII data streams or binary data streams. Operators are included to broadcast and receive this information.
