Test Communication Link in Schema Viewer

Select Test Communication Link to verify the link is functioning properly. This could be IR or Ethernet. For Chameleon and IR, be sure to face the IR adaptor to the rightmost module with an infrared port in the node.

Successful tests will display green; failed will display red.
