Functional Description:
The Frequency Digital Input generic hardware operator provides access to a digital input channel resource in the physical hardware capable of providing frequency measurements. When the generic operator is linked to a specific hardware resource, its output values will correspond to the physical signal connected to that resource. Its output is the signal frequency (in Hertz), and its output is the signal duty cycle.

User-Defined Properties:
Object Name. A string label that identifies the operator
Display Duty Cycle Output. This property determines if output pin is visible in the schema diagram. Design Pad issues a warning upon processing the schema when the pin is visible but not connected. The warning message is not issued when the pin is not visible (when this property is not checked).
