6 - Diagnostics -- System Log
The Overwatch Fire Detection System provides several diagnostic tools for investigating off normal conditions and maintaining the system. The System Log is one of those tools providing a chronological list of records for all activities that have occurred in the fire detection system since it was configured. System Log records include events including field device status changes, internal component status changes, panel startups, user login activity, operator activity, etc.
