Functional Description:
The PROFIBus Receiver generic hardware operator provides the master a way to read Alarm Broadcasts from its slaves. The data received specifies the slave's alarm type. There are pins for determining an alarm has been received, the alarm type and whether there is a networking error

User-Defined Properties:
Name. A string label that identifies the operator.
